Emily is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the owner of Upside Down Therapy LLC. She received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. She is married and Mom to two daughters.

Fred is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working with child, adolescent and parenting needs. Fred is a father, step-father and grandfather and brings a compassionate wisdom to his counseling.

Tracey is a Nationally Certified Counselor. She has two bachelor of science degrees, a Master's in Marriage and Family Counseling, an Education Specialist in Counseling, and is currently completing a doctorate in counseling at Mississippi College. She is currently a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), Association for Play Therapy (APT) and Chi Sigma Iota. Tracey is dedicated to helping others improve their lives through education, insight, and change. She has worked with youth and their families in both clinical and non-clinical settings. Tracey is dedicated to providing excellent services and has a strong commitment to serving the community.

Leslie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She received her Master’s and Education Specialist degrees in Community Agency Counseling from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. Leslie has worked with children and families in both clinical and school settings. She is married and has two children.



Our resident therapists have completed their graduate education and have received Master's degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling. They are currently working toward the designations of Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Alyssa loves to help parents better understand their children in order to enjoy them more. She received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary. She is a member of the Association for Play Therapy (APT) and the American Counseling Asspciation (ACA) as well as an associate member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Alyssa is married and has one daughter.

Rebecca is married and has been a high school English teacher in Madison for several years, holding a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and Individual Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary ('08) and a Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi College in English Education ('04). Working with teenagers daily, she understands their struggles and has a passion for helping adolescents find their healthy identity in the midst of transitional life challenges of sexuality, relationships, anxiety, abuse, defiance, physical sickness, divorce, and grief.
